About

Neometrixgroup SF6 Gas Cart are designed to evacuate, recovery, dry, filter, clean, store and recharge the purified SF6 gas after maintenance work on high-voltage equipment. Neometrixgroup offers a choice of five standard models, any which can be modified or customized to suit customer specifications. Units include a Haskel Gas Booster/Compressor, molecular sieve filters, storage tanks, condenser, after-cooler for liquefying gas, full mimic control panels with all the necessary gauges, valves, pressure regulators and controls.

  • Oil Free - Non-contaminating, booster/compressor can be operated dry – no lubrication necessary.
  • Economical - Two-stage positive displacement booster/compressor provides liquefaction without the need for a condenser.
  • Simple - Mimic Control Panel means no special operator skills required for any operations. Fully mobile, go-anywhere cart.
  • Extra Filtration - Molecular Sieve Filters remove toxic corrosive by-products. Additional filtration provided by transforming from “Reclaim to Re-use” vessel in the liquid state.
  • Sampling - Gas Sample points provided to measure dew-point, acidity and Oxygen content.
  • Quality - Manufactured to ISO 9001 (BS 5750 pt. q). Approved by National Grid PLC, United Kingdom.
