    Technical Details

    • Arrangement to carry out static pressure testing of Hose/Tube assemblies of different sizes to a maximum pressure of 10000psi
    • Digital gauges and Burdon gauge for pressure reading.
    • Timer for setting the test time duration.
    • Pressure relief valve to hold a maximum pressure of 10000psi.
    • Power and manual operated pumps are provided
    • Suitable cooling system is provided .
    • A suitable safety HOOD is provided with focus light.
    • couplings are provided for pressure hose/tube fitting.
    • Filters in the hydraulic and pneumatic lines.
    • Limit switch is given on testing window to automatically release the pressure through safety valve.

    This Test Rig is used for Hydraulic Hose Leak Testing.
