Refrigerator Door Endurance Testing System

About

Neometrix Technology Pvt Ltd has developed an Endurance Test Rig for Refrigerator Doors. A Pneumatic setup is used for the endurance testing of Refrigerator Doors and for cooling performance of the Refrigerator. The test is performed with 5-bar pressure. In order to perform the test we have to load the Refrigerator at the test rig so that the door should be in side of gripper. As soon as we run the software the gripper grips the door handle and opens the door as per the parameters entered in the test window. After the completion of the test a buzzer blows to indicate the completion of test.
